Safety in every bolting application
With the new alkitronic® EC, the technology is in the electronics of the torque multiplier. In addition, the specially developed alkitronic® app provides all data at a glance. The system stores up to 500 bolting operations, shows mode settings as well as set and actual values, and an evaluation of whether the bolting operation was successful. This not only ensures exact traceability, but also safety in every bolting application.
Application note
As soon as Mode 5 is stored as an option on the torque multiplier, all completed bolting applications are saved. Selecting mode 5 activates the Bluetooth interface and enables sending. In the alkitronic®-App, the selection of the desired download period (download from: date / time) can be chosen to narrow down the bolting actions relevant to the documentation. Up to 500 saved bolting actions can be downloaded with the corresponding alkitronic® app and sent by e-mail as a CSV file. Thus, the bolting data is available in tabular form for analysis and documentation.
