The new, electrically-powered alkitronic® Torro automatic pump features integrated documentation. Torque-pressure tables for various hydraulic torque multipliers, regardless of manufacturer, can also be stored in a database so that the appropriate torque values can be quickly set at any time. Once a bolting job is complete, a report is also generated in PDF format, which can be conveniently downloaded to a smartphone or tablet. The alkitronic® Torro Docu is characterized by its maximum power output of 1.1 kW, which allows bolting jobs to be carried out particularly efficiently.

The alkitronic® Porta Docu pump is a compact automatic pump with integrated documentation. It is a highly flexible and quick-to-use pump for various applications, such as in wind power. This model offers high repeat accuracy, an inline industrial oil filter to prevent malfunctions, and a robust design. It is also compatible with all manufacturer-independent hydraulic torque multipliers with a dual-hose system up to 700 bar.
Easy documentation with our alkitronic® hydraulic app
After downloading the alkitronic® hydraulic app free of charge, which is available via QR-code on the pump, the fully automatic bolting process can be started and documented after just a short time. Setup and calibration are intuitive and user-friendly.
The perfect hydraulic combination
The versatile square drive H-AT Allrounder impresses with its high precision of ± 3%, its robust construction, and its ergonomic design. In addition, the H-AT is characterized by a long life span and low maintenance requirements.
The reliable X-Driver features a slim, robust steel design and an adjustable coupling that allows 360° rotation. It consists of a drive unit and interchangeable hexagonal or square housing.
The combo torque multiplier, consisting of a drive and interchangeable cassettes, is ideal for use in confined and hard-to-reach areas. It achieves a maximum torque of 49,240 Nm.
